The man behind the farm is a fifth-generation farmer and qualified Agricultural Scientist who grew up barefoot on the same country his great-great-grandparents first broke, now raising his own young family among the same paddocks. With a deep reverence for nature and a refusal to ever feed grain to ruminants, he combines old-school stockmanship with cutting-edge data, genetics, and meat-science testing to produce what he believes is the finest pasture-raised meat in Australia. Calm animals, healthy soils, full traceability, and zero compromises are non-negotiable; if he can’t raise it to his exacting standards himself, he’ll only ever partner with producers—on land or at sea—who share his same uncompromising philosophy.
