We are a fifth-generation family farm and online butchery, proudly raising animals the way nature intended, on the same Australian soil our great-great-grandparents first worked.

Here, “ethical” isn’t a marketing word; it’s the only way we know. Our ruminants (cattle and sheep) are 100% pasture-raised and grass-finished, never once seeing a grain. Our monogastrics (pigs and poultry) roam freely on pasture with ad-lib access to a carefully formulated, nutritionally complete feed that complements what the land provides.

We farm in a medium-rainfall region with a defined growing season. When the pastures naturally “hay off” around November, we don’t force growth with chemicals or grain; we bridge the gap with our own high-quality silage and hay. This keeps the rhythm gentle for the land and the animals alike.

Temperament matters deeply to us. With little farmers running underfoot, we select and breed only the calmest, most docile animals. That low-stress life shows in every bite: meat that is consistently tender, flavourful, and free from unpleasant surprises.

As qualified Agricultural Scientists, we treat farming like the science it is. From pasture species selection and regenerative grazing systems to low-stress handling, humane slaughter, and rigorous post-mortem testing (pH, tenderness, colour, fat profile, aroma), we measure everything. Every single carcass is tracked from birth to your doorstep with its own unique identifier, so full transparency is guaranteed.

When we can’t produce something ourselves on our own country—whether it’s a different breed, a species we don’t run, or the finest wild-caught seafood from pristine waters—we partner only with other Australian producers who share our exact philosophy: the same respect for the land, the same gentle husbandry, and the same refusal to compromise on welfare or sustainability.
